Furber Road House has support for people with learning disabilities and caters for those with a range of complex needs, including physical disabilities, communication difficulties, visual and auditory impairment.
Support is provided for everything residents require help with, including personal care, feeding, activities and going out.
The home has spacious rooms, specially adapted to suit people using rollators and wheelchairs. Facilities include five bedrooms, three with ensuite facilities, two additional bathrooms, adapted for service users, kitchen, dining room, lounge, large garden.
Good nutrition and hydration are important parts of staying well as we age. 120 Furber Road is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
120 Furber Road are able to support both permanent & respite stays for people over the age of 65. We are predominantly a private-funded care home but if you are funded by the Local Authority/NHS please do get in touch to discuss how we may be able to support you. We aim to support residents to live with dignity in comfort & style through to the end of their life. 120 Furber Road is registered for residential care and nursing care.
