Mayfield Park specialises in caring for people with enduring mental health needs. Current occupants are a mix of male and female residents.

The shared house facilities include: kitchen, ground floor bathroom, lounge, small garden and shared upstairs bathroom. We are able to support 5 residents, 4 of whom in their own rooms and we have a self-contained flat for one resident.

All the residents at Mayfield Park have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes. Our trained Care Assistants work with a variety of healthcare professionals to ensure the care needs of our residents are well looked after.

We provide a safe living environment for younger adults from the age of 18-65. We encourage our residents to gain and maintain as much independence as possible in a safe and supportive environment. Our dedicated care professionals receive specialist training in caring for younger adults - it is definitely not a ‘one-size’ fits all approach.

Our weekly costs greatly depend upon the extent of the individuals care requirements which will be determined by a Care Assessment carried out by our Home Manager. We can support respite care, permanent care and learning disabilities amongst other care requirements.
