Crantock Drive is a homely bungalow situated in a quiet area of Almondsbury. The home currently caters for female residents over the age of 55 who have learning disabilities.

The home benefits from a stable staff team, who have experience caring for older residents, with needs including dementia, epilepsy and mental health needs.

Crantock Drive has eight large, bedrooms, which are decorated to individual tastes and two large bathrooms which have been adapted to meet residents' needs. There is also a conservatory with a dining area, a spacious kitchen, lounge and a large garden.

There are plenty of activities going on at the home, such as arts and crafts, baking, knitting and video afternoons. Staff and residents also grow a variety of vegetables in the garden. Residents from the home enjoy going on a variety of day trips, too. Past trips have included Bristol Hippodrome, bingo, bowling and Bristol Zoo.

We provide a safe living environment for younger adults from the age of 18-65. We encourage our residents to gain and maintain as much independence as possible in a safe and supportive environment. Our dedicated care professionals receive specialist training in caring for younger adults - it is definitely not a ‘one-size’ fits all approach.

58 Crantock Drive are able to support both permanent & respite stays for people over the age of 65. If you are funded by the Local Authority/NHS please do get in touch to discuss how we may be able to support you. 58 Crantock Drive is registered for residential care only but our residents are supported with visits from the District & Community Nursing teams.
