For people not ready for a place of their own, or who need extra help and support, sharing a house with similar people and skilled staff can be a great option. But rest assured, we don’t see it as supporting groups of people, but as supporting individuals.
Each person living in our service has both a keyworker and a plan. They meet regularly and work out what needs to be done to make sure the big and little things happen. This can take creativity, hard work and perseverance, but with over 30 years’ experience, we’ve learned that’s how you transform someone’s life.
