Aire View Care Home

Recognised by Leeds City Council for its excellence, Aire View is a well-established retirement home situated off Broad Lane, just across the Kirkstall Bridge.

Resident well-being is our absolute focus and we work hard to ease every resident into their new home. Fortunately, we benefit from the enthusiastic support of family and friends, which gives the home its friendly and companionable atmosphere.

Everyone at Aire View is very sociable and enjoys a great sense of fun and togetherness. Our lounges and café are where you’ll find us joining in activities, mingling over cakes and coffee or perhaps even enjoying a pre-lunch aperitif. We also recognise that sometimes a bit of space is needed and our quiet rooms are always available for some relaxation or just catching up on the papers.

Our bedrooms are generously sized and come with en-suite walk-in showers, 3/4 beds and wall-mounted TVs. We encourage residents to make their rooms their own with keepsakes and mementoes or a favourite bedspread perhaps and our housekeeping staff make sure rooms stay just the way residents prefer.

We like our fun, but it doesn’t happen by chance as we have full-time Activity Co-ordinators who see to it that there is always plenty going on in our retirement home to keep mind and body active and engaged. Our minibus takes us out and about too, to the local theatre, garden centre, the local pub for a Sunday pint, or a trip on the Leeds Canal. Members of the local community are also regular visitors to us, whether it’s local interest groups, schools or churches; we like to consider ourselves playing a role in local initiatives and events.

Aire View Care Home is a care home providing residential, respite and specialist dementia care. Weekly fees at Aire View Care Home can vary depending on the type of room and the level of care required. We will work with clients who are eligible for local authority funding.
