Amberley House Care Home

Amberley House, Cornwall, was built in the early 1900s; it has served as a family home, offices, and a school before it was adapted to become a care home. We are situated across the Truro railway station, a supermarket and shopping centre, just within walking distance.

Here at Amberley House, we provide residential nursing, respite, and end-of-life care, ensuring we provide the highest quality of care at all times to meet all our resident's needs. We have a fully trained staff who are caring and committed to providing dignity and respect.

We have an attractive enclosed garden with plenty of seating areas for our residents to enjoy the garden and socialise. We love for friends and family to enjoy this space when they visit; there is even a sheltered wheelchair accessible spot in the garden with bird feeders and tables.

Our dining areas are warm and welcoming; we enjoy making our residents feel special with fresh flowers on the table and linen clothes. Our meals are prepared in our kitchen and made from quality ingredients. We ensure culture and personal preferences are always considered whilst matching a nutritious diet. We always welcome family and friends to join us at mealtimes and our scrumptious afternoon teas’.

At Amberley House, we have regular hairdresser visits for our residents to pamper themselves. We also recognise that our resident's health is most important; therefore, we have regular visits from chiropodists, opticians, and dentists.
