We provide exceptional residential care. We also provide first-class person-centred dementia care in our Memory Lane Community. Many of our residents with dementia particularly enjoy our reminisce sessions and our staff love getting to hear about the varied lives of each of our residents. Family members are also very much encouraged to come and join in with our dementia-friendly activities.

Our team of highly-qualified and attentive staff really focuses on the individual needs of our residents with a tailored care plan for each person. And our dedication can be seen across the board - in our cooking, hospitality and organised activities.

We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at Appletree Grange Care Home including lounges, the dining room and outdoor areas. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Appletree Grange Care Home is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!

The weekly costs of care at Appletree Grange Care Home starts are subject to a care assessment. We may accept residents who are funded by the Local Authority but this will be under our Manager's discretion.
