Atfield House Care Home

Atfield House Care Home is part of Barchester’s award-winning group of care homes, situated opposite St John’s Park in Isleworth, Hounslow. Nursing and specialist Dementia care is provided to a maximum of 68 residents over the age of 60. The home benefits from being in a brilliant location, we are within walking distance of lots of cafes, pubs and the River James.

Here at Atfield House we are able to support 32 residents with dementia in our specialist dementia suite. Our dementia suite is designed to offer the best environment for dementia care to be delivered, residents can access our enclosed sensory garden whenever they choose.

As well as their own bedroom, all residents have access to shared areas of the home, including lounges and dining areas. The communal areas of the home is where a lively and inclusive programme of activities takes place.

It’s so important that residents are both physically and mentally stimulated. Our Activities Coordinator spends time with all our residents on a 1:1 basis, this enables him to plan Activities which appeal to the interests of our individual residents.

Mealtimes are always best when shared with family and friends. Here at Atfield House our Chefs like to make each and every meal-time an enjoyable experience for residents.
