Berwick Grange Dementia Home

Berwick Grange, purpose-built care and nursing home in Harrogate support 52 residents with dementia nursing and residential dementia care in a warm, welcoming environment. We are able to support residents with long-term & short-term care packages.

Our wonderful Berwick Grange care home is designed especially for people who are living with dementia. It has been designed to be safe, reassuring and as easy to navigate as possible.

We are gratified to be supported by a dedicated Chaplain who offers pastoral support to residents, their families and staff, whatever their beliefs. They provide a listening presence, companionship and one-to-one pastoral support and organise worship for those who wish to participate.

Prior to becoming a resident at Berwick Grange, our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Home Manager to put a personalised Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
