Birchwood Nursing Home on Preston Hill in Kenton, Harrow, is a thriving, multi-cultural home drawing residents of various cultural backgrounds from across north London. We are just a 5-minute walk from Preston Road tube station and close to the woods and open spaces of Fryent Country Park.

Our diversity is our strength, and our community is both strong and nourishing and the residents thrive on a high calibre of care and companionship. Birchwood Grange has well-grounded community links, and groups of all kinds come to visit us. Local schools, faith groups, voluntary organisations are all regularly coming through our doors.

Our Well-being and Activity Coordinators see to it that there is never a dull moment in our nursing home and actively encourage everyone to be as in involved with life as they can be. These are just some of our shared areas where residents can be found enjoying themselves: reminiscence caravan, lounge garden, picnic area, sensory room, herb gardens & table-tennis room!

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Birchwood Grange is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
