Brackenbridge House is set in one and half acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, sprinkled with pathways and seating areas. Offering first class care for the over 65s, each resident enjoys an unique, personalised care experience. Conveniently based in South Ruislip, all of London’s sites and sounds are within easy reach, while the Berkshire countryside is a short drive away.

The wonderful facilities at Brackenbridge make a world of difference to our residents. Whether it’s chatting in the cafe, pottering around the garden or enjoying the peace and quiet of the lounge, there really is a favourite place for everyone. All our rooms come with Wi-Fi, a TV and fully furnished, however, they are also entirely customisable to our resident’s and family’s needs/requirements.

Our Activities Co-ordinators play a fundamental part in delivering our mission of enhancing the lives of our residents by creating a fun and hugely varied program for everyone to participate. A great source of fun and laughter, our range of activities really help each resident live their life to the full.

Before becoming a resident at Brackenbridge House our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
