Broadlands is an Outstanding-rated residential care home owned and operated by Greensleeves Care, a not–for-profit care organisation.

An award-winning ‘home from home’ offering hotel style accommodation, Broadlands is situated in Lowestoft on the stunning Norfolk Broads. Accommodation is provided in stylish en-suite bedrooms. The home’s ‘Broad View’ restaurant creates a real dining experience for residents, with exceptional views across the Broads and a delicious menu on offer. Leading down to the Broads, the home’s tranquil gardens provide the perfect backdrop to the spacious Edwardian house. The grounds have been fully adapted to provide easy wheelchair access enabling residents to simply sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery or indulge in a spot of gardening in one of the many raised flower and vegetable beds.

As an established home with an excellent reputation, Broadlands has strong links with the wider community. A regular programme of activities is organised with fun and engaging pursuits provided on a daily basis. Our chefs recognise that residents have differing tastes and pleasures, and cater for each and every one as an individual. The home’s own transport offers trips and excursions on a regular basis according to residents’ wishes.

On duty 24 hours a day, a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, provide high-quality care to meet individual resident’s requirements.
