Chalfont Lodge Care Centre

We provide first-class 24-hour nursing care alongside expert care for people with dementia in our Memory Lane Community. We are located near the picturesque village of Chalfont St Peter.

Our activity coordinators are working with Help the Aged to plan fun, stimulating activities for our residents. Feel free to come in, have a go on our Nintendo Wii or play a tune on our outdoor musical instruments.

Our daily menu always offers a choice of at least 2 dishes for each meal time and individual dietary requirements are always catered for. Family members of residents are very welcome to ‘book-in’ and join us for a meal.

Before becoming a resident at Chalfont Lodge Care Centre our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
