For our residents with dementia it is really helpful if family members are able to support care-staff in putting together a Memory Book. Memory Books are a brilliant aide-memoire for residents and helps them to share their life-stories with staff and fellow residents.

All the residents at Cherry Blossom Manor have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
