Chiswick House

Chiswick House Care Home, situated on Christchurch Road, Norwich supports a maximum of 26 residents at any time. The home benefits from being in a quiet residential suburb, surrounded by trees and garden whilst being within 2 miles of the city centre.

Chiswick House is very proud to be rated within the top 4% of care services throughout the UK with a CQC Outstanding rating. We support individuals over the age of 65 to remain as independent as possible whilst safe in the knowledge that carers are on-hand 24-hours a day to provide discreet and compassionate care.

We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at Chiswick House including lounges, the dining room and outdoor areas. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

Before becoming a resident at Chiswick House our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
