Offering 46 places for residents who have residential dementia care needs, Claybourne is a purpose-built care home offering permanent, respite and day care.

Claybourne Care Home has been specially designed for those who are living with dementia. The home has been decorated and laid out in a calm and welcoming way, offering those with dementia a safe, reassuring and easy to navigate home. Residents are encouraged to enjoy our 3 landscaped gardens and to make use of our summer house and patio areas. We have a sensory garden and a reminiscence room which are very popular with our residents.

The Stoke North Live at Homes scheme is based at Claybourne, offering a variety of engaging and entertaining social activities for people over the age of 55, helping them to have a good quality of life in their local communities. All of our activities are optional and include the likes of armchair exercise classes, flower arranging and bingo.

We offer award-winning music therapy which helps our residents living with dementia relax and have a bit of fun. The therapy sessions include singing, playing simple percussion instruments or responding to musical cues in a one-to-one or group setting.
