Colonia Court takes pride in offering extensive care expertise. As well as being able to offer general nursing and residential care, carers also specialise in dementia care, and care for Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease. Key carers make sure care packages are regularly updated, tailoring short stay, convalescence and palliative provision to suit resident's needs.
This home has been purpose-built and consists of four separate houses, which allows professionals to target the different care requirements and tailor environments to suit. Colonia Court also has sensory gardens and is a haven for local wildlife.
A diverse menu of fresh and seasonal food is provided, with residents having their preferences and dietary needs assessed on arrival. Meals can be enjoyed in the gardens during warmer weather.
A range of activities are organised for residents’ enjoyment and personal interests are supported, with many themed events to look forward to.
