Coniston House

Coniston House in Felixstowe offers residential, respite and specialist dementia care to support residents with a range of healthcare needs. Round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team.

Coniston House has many spacious areas for residents to relax or socialise with friends and relatives including beautifully tended gardens with seating areas so residents can enjoy the changing seasons.

The rooms are charmingly decorated and should a new resident wish to bring their own items of furniture then providing they pass health and safety regulations we will do our best to accommodate this. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that our residents feel fully settled and comfortable in. We have one shared room available to support couples. Small, well-behaved pets are welcome at Coniston House providing they meet certain requirements and by arrangement with the manager.

All the residents at Coniston House have their own unique, personalised care plan taking into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes. Activities inside the home and within the community are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. We offer a varied range of social activities to participate in a group and one to one activities.
