Elm House Care Home in Nantwich, Cheshire provides respite, convalescent, residential, dementia, and day care to elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs. Our dedicated team of carers work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver round the clock person-centred care.

Elm House is located a five-minute walk from Nantwich’s historic centre with easy access to local amenities, shops and transport services. There are several comfortable areas for residents to relax with family and friends. Facilities include lovely gardens, a patio and a greenhouse so residents can do light gardening or simply enjoy the changing seasons.

All residents have their own rooms with individual television points. We have shared rooms to support couples. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with cherished possessions to make them their own space where they feel fully settled and comfortable in. Small pieces of furniture, subject to meeting health and safety regulations can be accommodated.

Our home chefs specialise in freshly prepared, flavoursome food with plenty of choice and special dietary needs or cultural requirements are catered for. We promote mealtimes as a social occasion and the tables are laid with fresh flowers and linen but residents can choose where to have their meals. Families are welcome to join their loved ones for meals or afternoon tea by prior arrangement.

Activities at Elm House Care Home are tailored around our residents' interests and trying to offer them something new. Our varied social programme of group and one to one stimulating activities include painting, professional entertainer, in addition to local outings and excursions.

Elm House Care Home supports a culturally diverse community. Our staff do their utmost to cater to the needs of each individual and religious group and church representatives pay regular visits.

Our weekly rates will depend on your loved one’s individual care requirements and room preference. Please call to enquire about our current availability and whether we accept Local Authority funding.
