Field House

Field House is set in large, landscaped grounds and is within easy reach of the centre of Shepton Mallet where you will find shops, cafés and other service.

All of our rooms here at Field House are furnished to a high standard, and have either ground floor or life access. We invite residents to bring personal items and even furniture to help their room feel like their own. Residents and their guests are welcome to use the lounges and dining room as they wish. The large gardens are excellent for taking a walk and the summerhouse is a peaceful place to relax.

Field House is equipped and staffed to be able to provide all the high-quality residential care you need to live the life you choose.

We are proud that Field House has also been awarded Commended status in the Gold Standards Framework for the support we provide to people nearing the end of their life. The award is presented to care homes who work alongside the individual and their loved ones to offer high-quality, reliable and consistent support at a time when it is most needed.

We encourage all of our residents to partake in the daily activities programme. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you. Family members are also very much encouraged to come and join in with our activities.
