Hillcrest

Hillcrest is a spacious, purpose built care home located in Thorpe, a small town and suburb of Norwich. The 48-bedroomed home provides a great standard of care 24-hours a day on both a residential and dementia (EMI) basis. Residents can pursue their hobbies in the communal quiet lounges situated throughout the home or relax within the large and bright conservatory.

Friends and family are welcome at any time, hot drinks and snacks are always available and guests are invited to share meals with residents. The resident cook prepares three nutritious meals a day and the menu changes regularly to reflect seasonal produce.

We encourage our residents to partake in the daily activities programme at Hillcrest. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.

Before becoming a resident at Hillcrest our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.
