Holmer Court Residential Home

Holmer Court Residential Home offers respite, convalescence and residential care for residents who are living with dementia-related issues. Our residents are at the heart of everything we do and are cared for by registered nurses with specialist training in the area of mental health.

Holmer Court is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Hereford near to local attractions and within easy reach of public transport. The home has several communal areas for residents to relax with family and friends including a spacious conservatory and fully accessible well-maintained gardens so residents can enjoy the changing seasons as they wish.

All residents have private rooms with their own phone and television point and we encourage them to make their own space by adding personal touches and possessions. Small items of furniture can be accommodated subject to passing health and safety requirements.

Holmer Court is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. We specialise in freshly cooked, tasty food using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients with plenty of choices. Our Chef prepares all meals for residents on-site to tempt even the smallest of appetites.

We have a dedicated activities coordinator who arranges programmes of social events, trips and outings to support and encourage personal interests,

We have an open visiting policy with no restrictions on visiting times and small, well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement with the manager.

If you have assets below £23,250, you may be eligible for funding support from your local authority to help fund your care. At Holmer Court, our weekly rates are subject to a Care Assessment which will be carried out by our Home Manager to assess your or your loved ones care requirements.
