Lakeside Care Centre in Watermead, Buckinghamshire provides respite, residential, nursing, convalescence or palliative care for elderly residents with a wide range of healthcare needs. Round the clock care is provided by our highly-trained team of care professionals led by our experienced Management Team.

Our care home is located within 80 acres of parkland beside a wildlife lake within easy reach of local transport services and shops and less than a mile from Aylesbury. The home has delightful, landscaped gardens and a patio area so residents can enjoy the charming countryside views and changing seasons.

All the residents at Lakeside Care Centre have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal preferences.

Our clients are supported to maintain their independence and lifestyle with activities inside the home or out in the community. We offer a daily activities programme tailored to the specific interests of our residents. We also welcome family participation and have no restriction on visiting times.

All the bedrooms are ensuite and we have double rooms to accommodate couples. We encourage residents to personalise their rooms to make them their own space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in. Small pieces of furniture, space permitting, and providing they all meet health and safety regulations can be accommodated.
