Leaf Park Dementia Village in Great Yarmouth, East Norfolk provides specialist dementia care. Residents are at the heart of our home and round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team.

Our residents have their own en suite rooms with access to separate cooking and dining facilities and we have double rooms to accommodate couples. Leaf Park Dementia Village offers a varied list of facilities to support independent living including a spa, hair salon, cinema room, restaurant, and enclosed gardens. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

Daily activities are planned which take into account the interests of our residents. We also welcome family participation in the events that we organise and have no restriction on visiting times.

Before becoming a resident at our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and family to conduct a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put in place a unique, personalised care plan taking into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
