Meadowview Care Home

Meadowview Care Home in Warrington, Cheshire offers respite, convalescence, residential and specialist dementia care for elderly residents with varying care needs. Our residents are at the centre of everything we do and are cared for by a team of specialist Nurses and trained Carers who work closely with a range of healthcare professionals.

Meadowview Care Home is located in the leafy suburb of Penketh on the outskirts of Warrington near to local shops and public transport. The home has bright and spacious areas for residents to relax with family and friends including a specially designed sensory garden.

All residents have private rooms with their own phone and television point and we encourage them to make their own space by adding personal touches and treasured belongings. We can accommodate requests for small items of furniture provided they meet health and safety requirements.

Meadowview Care Home is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. We specialise in freshly cooked, flavoursome food using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients with plenty of choices. Our Chef prepares all meals for residents on the premises and offers regular snacks throughout the day to tempt even the smallest of appetites.

We have a dedicated activities coordinator who arranges programmes of social events, trips and outings based on the preferences and suggestions from residents and relatives to support and encourage personal interests. Regular outings include visits to local shops, garden centres, theatres and seaside resorts.

We have an open visiting policy with no restrictions on visiting times.

Our weekly costs greatly depend upon the extent of the individual's care requirements which will be determined by a Care Assessment carried out by our Home Manager. To find out whether we are able to accept Local Authority funded residents, please do give us a call to discuss further.
