Middlesex Manor Care Home

Middlesex Manor is a purpose-built home warmly welcomeing anyone over 45 in need of nursing or residential care, including those living with dementia. Care plans are tailored to the needs of the individual and also offered to those who require palliative care, Parkinson's care and young physically disabled care.

Situated close to the heart of Wembley, it's three carefully designed buildings mean there is enjoyable company, plenty of places to relax and a bedroom that truly feels like their own. Whether someone is coming to stay with us for a couple of weeks while recovering from an operation or making a longterm move, we want them to feel at home in our community.

We encourage residents to make full use of shared areas at Middlesex Manor including lounges, the dining room and outdoor areas. Residents are also encouraged to personalise their bedrooms to their heart's content. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the cornerstone of daily life at Middlesex Manor. We place importance on protecting residents meal-times as good nutrition and hydration are key to staying well. Our daily menu always offers a choice of at least 2 dishes for each meal time and individual dietary requirements are always catered for. Family members of residents are very welcome to ‘book-in’ and join us for a meal.

All tastes and abilities are met by the activity coordinator who is responsible for creating engaging activities to provide stimulation and fun for residents. Friends and family are encouraged to take part in regular events organised by the home. We also welcome community groups and schoolchildren into our home so residents can stay connected with their local community.
