Northlea Court Care Home

A warm welcome to Northlea Court Care Home, Cramlington. Northlea Court is pleasantly situated in its own grounds on the local bus route and close to the town’s small shopping centre.

Our team provides residential care for people who need a little help with daily tasks like washing, dressing and eating, along with general nursing care for people with more complex medical conditions. We also offer residential or nursing care for those living with dementia, respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break and intermediate care as an alternative to a hospital stay. The whole team is very proud of the home’s lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Listening to our residents is one of the most important things we do, so that we can truly get to know them and make sure they get the most out of every day. We have a busy activities programme that includes monthly tea dance, ‘smile through sport’ sessions, yoga, therapy dog and ponies, visiting entertainers, monthly church services, trips and meals out.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the cornerstone of daily life at Northlea Court. We place importance on protecting residents meal-times as good nutrition and hydration are key to staying well. Our daily menu always offers a choice of at least 2 dishes for each meal time and individual dietary requirements are always catered for. Family members of residents are very welcome to ‘book-in’ and join us for a meal.
