Rosedale Care Home

There is a small parking area at the front and side of the building with extra parking spaces across the road at Ambassador House our sister home. Rosedale has split level accommodation on three floors with a lift shaft to access each floor. There are three dining areas, two lounge areas and a conservatory offering a choice for each resident. At the rear of the home, there is a lovely garden that has wheelchair access from the home.

All bedrooms are individually decorated and come furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside locker, side lamp, curtains, a sink (one with an ensuite toilet) and an armchair. All residents have the choice of bringing their own furnishings if they wish to make them feel at home. A commode and an additional chair and table can be supplied if requested.

Our aim is to provide a safe, warm homely environment for older persons in our care, ensuring that they continue to retain their own measure of independence allowing them to live with dignity by upgrading their quality of life by promoting equal opportunity and providing special care to the physically frail and mentally confused persons who are unable to live at home or with their families. All at Rosedale are greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by long term staff who aim to meet all individual needs both for families and residents.
