St Augustine’s Home in Addlestone, Surrey supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs including advanced dementia. Residents are at the heart of our home and are supported by trained care professionals 24-hours a day.

Our care home is located in a quiet residential street in Addlestone, conveniently situated for both countryside access and proximity to London just five minutes drive from the M25. The home has secure gardens with additional features including a water feature, grotto, sensory garden and benches so residents can enjoy the changing seasons.

All the residents at St. Augustine’s have their own unique, personalised care plan taking into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

St. Augustine’s has a dedicated Activities Coordinator and offers a varied program of social activities which takes into account the interests of our residents. We actively encourage frequent visitors and throughout the year hold social functions and events including an annual summer barbecue to which friends and family are invited.

All of our residents have their own bedroom which they are encouraged to make their own. Should a resident wish to bring their own items of furniture then providing they pass health and safety regulations we will do our best to accommodate this. It is important that their bedrooms are a space that they feel fully settled and comfortable in.
