The Elms (Hull)

The Elms, located in the centre of Sutton Village, has been converted and extended with the needs of our residents in mind. Boasting large gardens, The Elms supports residents with residential care and dementia care. We are proud to have been awarded the Silver award by Hull CVS for the Nutrition Mission Project, an award-based incentive scheme for care homes.

We have 37 single and double occupancy bedrooms for residents, meaning that couples can move into our home and share a bedroom. We encourage residents to customise their bedrooms to their heart's desire which will help them to feel more at home and comfortable at The Elms.

Our residents are supported to partake in the daily activities programme at The Elms in Hull. Activities are tailored to the interests of our residents as well as trying to offer them something new. If you’ve been a keen cook or gardener all your life we see no reason for this to change and our care staff will be on hand to support you.

All the residents at The Elms in Hull have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
