The Poplars Care Home

The Poplars is a 43 bed nursing and residential care home in Stockton-on-Tees. Our care team are on hand 24-hours a day and able to support both those needing permanent and respite care. There is always at least one Nurse on duty to take care of residents with nursing needs and medication rounds.

The home has been decorated to a high-standard throughout and provides a fresh and modern living environment. There are many communal areas within our home, including comfortable lounges and a dining room. Food is prepared from fresh ingredients daily by our in-house catering team, our daily menu takes into account all dietary requirements.

Residents are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms with their favourite belongings and small items of furniture. Their room is a place for residents to relax and feel at home in, we understand how sentimental items can help with this.

The safety and well-being of our residents is of paramount importance, all residents have their own personalised care plan which is continually updated in-line with their care needs. Our care team are able to support a range of health conditions, including dementia care.
