Three Willows provides both residential and dementia care for up to 21 older residents. We also provide respite, step-down and day care.
The home has 15 single rooms and 3 double-sharing rooms with en-suite facilities. Residents are welcome to bring their own furniture to the home to help them settle in and create a 'home from home' feel.
All residents have their own personalised care plan which is constantly updated to ensure it accounts for residents emerging care needs. Here at Three Willows we promote independence but our care staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide a 'helping hand'.
We have our very own activities coordinator at the home who plans a range of daily activities which they residents can choose to partake in. Activities include sing-a-longs through to pub lunches and theatre visits!
