Tilford Care & Nursing Home

Tilford Care Home near Farnham in Surrey provides residential, nursing, respite, palliative and dementia care. Residents are at the heart of our home and are supported by trained care professionals 24-hours a day.

Tilford is currently being refurbished so that we are able to offer 12 more places to residents. All of our residents have their own bedroom which they are encouraged to make their own. Rooms come equipped with electric profiling beds and furnishings.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the cornerstone of daily life at Tilford Care Home. We place importance on protecting residents meal-times as good nutrition and hydration are key to staying well. Our daily menu always offers a choice of at least 2 dishes for each meal time and individual dietary requirements are always catered for. Family members of residents are very welcome to ‘book-in’ and join us for a meal.

Here at Tilford, we offer a wide and varied daily activities programme which changes to make the most of the Great British seasons! Daily activities are planned for both morning and afternoon which take into account the interests of our residents. We also welcome community groups and schoolchildren into our home so residents can stay connected with their local community.
