Villa Maria Private Nursing Home

Villa Maria in South Croydon supports elderly residents with a range of healthcare needs. Round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Assistants, overseen by our experienced Management Team. Residents are at the heart of our home and are supported by trained care professionals 24-hours a day.

Before becoming a resident at Villa Maria our Management Team will have met the prospective resident and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Home Manager to put a full Care Plan in place and order any special equipment ahead of the resident moving into the home.

All the residents at Villa Maria have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the resident’s wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Villa Maria is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the cornerstone of daily life at Villa Maria. We place importance on protecting residents meal-times as good nutrition and hydration are key to staying well. Our daily menu always offers a choice of at least 2 dishes for each meal time and individual dietary requirements are always catered for. Family members of residents are very welcome to ‘book-in’ and join us for a meal.
