Warrior Park Care Home

A warm welcome to Warrior Park Care Home, Hartlepool. Warrior Park Care Home offers an established team of highly trained registered nurses and senior carers who provide 24-hour assistance to every resident, while maintaining a happy, peaceful atmosphere. People who stay here have various needs, including general nursing care, residential assistance, respite, and sensitive, dignified end-of life care. We also offer care for younger residents with physical disabilities.

We're only a short walk from the seafront in Seaton Carew – a lovely position, just half a mile from Hartlepool’s historic quay and marina. Swans, their signets, and many ducks are frequent visitors and a welcome sight around Warrior Park.

At Warrior Park Care Home residents are considered part of the family. We put their health and happiness at the heart of everything we do, and actively encourage residents to take part in all decisions – contributing to everything from the way their rooms look to the therapies they receive.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Warrior Park is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets. Our Home Chefs do their best to tempt even the smallest of appetites and sweet treats are always provided to celebrate special occasions!
