West Bank Residential Home is a Victorian building of character surrounded by mature conservation trees and situated in a quiet residential area of Ross-on-Wye, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The attractive gardens with patio area, shrubs and flowers are popular with many residents during the summer months and an allotment area is available for any keen gardeners to use.

Residents are offered a comfortable and dignified lifestyle within a happy, family environment. We believe it’s extremely important to promote independence and understand that all of our residents should be treated as individuals so each member has a plan of care designed around their requirements and preferences, granting them choice in aspects of their daily routine. We also welcome regular visits from family and friends.

We have an excellent Wellbeing & Activities team who curate a varied timetable of activities, events and outings to suit every interest, with the help of the residents. Nutrition is also of utmost importance to us at West Bank and the cooks create delicious, homemade meals catered to individual requirements and daily, freshly baked cakes.
