Westlands

Westlands is a privately owned residential care home, run by an established team of dedicated, trained and experienced care professionals, with the owner also at the home most days.

The majority of the staff at Westlands are full-time employees and this has created a strong and caring connection between our staff members and our residents, who feel more at ease with familiar faces, with our staff able to really get to know each resident’s individual needs.

Residents’ rooms at Westlands are regarded as their own private, homely space – complete with their own private en-suite facilities. Every room has been fitted with high-quality built-in furniture and residents can have the rooms furnished by Westlands or they can bring their own furniture.

Our residents have been involved in the planning of the landscaped gardens, which they can enjoy throughout the year, providing the perfect place for a gentle stroll, to watch the wildlife or to sit with friends and family. Raised flower beds are full of scented herbs and flowers and there is also a water feature.
