ACH Healthcare provides high-quality home care, respite care, dementia care, and palliative care for older people with healthcare requirements within the comfort of their own homes. Care is provided by our team of highly-trained Carers, who liaise closely with healthcare professionals, to provide the highest level of support.

We are pleased to be able to cover the Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and North East London areas. Our Carers are able to support a wide variety of care requirements from companionship all the way through to personal care and medication administration.

ACH Healthcare is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) meaning that we receive Inspections assessing how safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led we are.

All clients have their own unique, personalised care plan, taking into account not only care needs but the clients wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.

The hourly cost of care at ACH Healthcare completely depends upon the level of care needs an individual has so we recommend that you give us a call to arrange a Care Needs Assessment with our Care Manager who will then be able to provide an informed indication of cost. We may be able to accept clients who are funded by their Local Authority which can also be discussed further with our friendly Senior Team.
