Our carers have been developed to offer excellent services, who are compassionate, capable and reliable. The company will select staff who have the right experience and skills and who are passionate about making a difference in client lives. We will provide continuity, so we can provide the best quality of care at all times and notice if there is a deterioration in the client's health and wellbeing. We will maintain an open and honest relationship with our clients and work in partnership with them as well as their families and any professionals involved with the person we are supporting. We will monitor the quality of our service regularly asking for feedback so that we can improve when that may be needed. We will always take appropriate action in response to any concerns about their safety or any complaints they may have.

All 4 U Care can help maintain independence for disabled or homebound service users. We help provide a smooth transition from a hospital to a home environment with continuity of care and offer quality care in the security, privacy and comfort of the service users home. Our coordination team and care staff involve the family’s active input and support and eliminate the anxiety of continued hospitalisation for both the patient and their family

Palliative care at home allows you to stay in the place you feel most comfortable, surrounded by memories and the people you love. With the one-to-one support of a compassionate carer, who is experienced in palliative care, you can have specialist support whenever it is needed.

All 4 U Care takes great pride in the qualifications and compassion of our carers. All of our carers are well trained and experienced. We run a comprehensive background screening and full DBS on each prospective employee. As part of our continuing education policy, we require all of our carers to complete monthly in-service training. Our employees are insured in order to ensure your safety and trust.

We may be able to accept clients who are funded by their local authority but this is under the discretion of our Care Manager so we recommend that you give us a call to discuss further. We are able to support a vast selection of care types inclusive of dementia care and end of life care.
