Better Care at Home East

Better Care at Home in Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole provides person-centred home care. Clients are at the heart of our service and are supported by trained care professionals 24-hours a day.

All members of the Better Care at Home team are trained to be able to support with a huge range of personal care services such as: dressing & undressing; washing & bathing; shaving & grooming; incontinence care; eating & drinking; monitoring of nutrition & weight; support with prescribed medications; security & safety at home & hair & make-up.

All of the team live locally and we are very selective regarding who we employ and take our time to ensure we find the right people. Our staff come from a variety of backgrounds. Several of our carers have had successful careers within the NHS and many have had extensive previous experience in care.

Better Care at Home East support individuals with a range of care needs, including dementia care. No two clients are the same and we work with the individual & their family to draw together a care plan which caters to their individual needs. Our hourly care costs for privately funded care-seekers are based on care needs; if you are a Social Worker or funded by the Local Authority please give us a call to discuss the support we can provide.
