All members of the Emms Ventures team are trained to be able to support with a huge range of personal care services including: dressing & undressing; washing & bathing; shaving & grooming; incontinence care; eating & drinking; monitoring of nutrition & weight; support with prescribed medications; security & safety at home & hair & make-up.

We have an extensive recruitment process to ensure that we only recruit Carers who hold the same values as us. All members of the team receive ongoing training to ensure that the care we provide is second to none.

Prior to becoming a client of Emms Ventures, you will meet with our Care Manager who will conduct a Care Needs Assessment. We continuously review our clients care plans and amend them where their care requirements have changed.
