We will come and talk to you, or your support circle, and agree with you what support you need. Once we are working with you, we will regularly check with you that your support continues to be what you want and need.

We try and match the best person to work with you and, wherever possible, we want you to be involved in picking this person as we know it is important you feel comfortable with them.
