Helping at Home is a home care service providing a lifeline to people with healthcare requirements who wish to maintain their lifestyle and independence in their own familiar surroundings and communities. Our experienced team of trained care professionals offers bespoke, high-quality care from companionship, or respite care, to specialist dementia care.

Helping at Home is a family business set up in memory of our grandparents, with the goal of providing a quality care service to elderly clients in Newark, Southwell, Lincoln, Grantham and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to deliver compassionate care to enhance our clients’ well-being and quality of life.

Our carers have been DBS checked and are fully trained to support all aspects of daily living from assisting with personal care, meal preparation, moving and handling, medication, or accompanying social activities. All Helping at Home carers are carefully vetted and selected for their kind, and respectful approach. Your carer is trained to treat your home, belongings, lifestyle and choices without judgement.

Our management team works with each client to develop a unique, personalised, and flexible care plan that is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal preferences. We're passionate about building a service that's tailored precisely to your needs and start every new client relationship by listening to you and respecting your needs.

All Helping at Home caregivers have received extensive training to support a huge range of personal care services and liaise closely with healthcare professionals to cover every aspect of care. After each visit, the carers update your or your relative’s care notes using a mobile app that helps families and carers to communicate directly and view up-to-date care notes at any time or place.
