From the outset our Care Consultants will find out about your unique stories, values and preferences. They will listen to and advise you; agreeing a service tailored to your specific needs, wants and concerns. From things like shopping, home help, companionship, respite care, personal care or memory care.

We can help you make a good start to the day; with meals and medication & practical things around your home. We can do all sorts of activities together: from chatting over a cuppa or arts and crafts, to cooking; from going for a walk, to potting plants. We escort many of our clients to appointments and for social outings. All with the aim of helping you to remain as independent as you can be.

We recruit all our people for their warm hearts and reliability. From our local offices in Edinburgh, our highly experienced key players train and support our care professionals so they feel confident supporting you. And so they uphold the highest standards of care and support, consistent with our hard earned reputation and the awards we have won since Home Instead Edinburgh opened in 2011.

Once we match you with your care professionals they are scheduled to visit you consistently at the same times each week. Our regular quality assurance checks and service reviews ensure your visits give you the support you need and that any changes are reflected in what we do for you.
