Newcross Healthcare East Devon is a home care company, specialising in caring for people of all ages with complex care needs. We are able to cover the following areas in East Devon: Exeter, Cullompton, Crediton, Okehampton, Exmouth, Sidmouth, Seaton, Honiton, Tiverton and Teignmouth.

All members of the East Devon team are trained to be able to support with a huge range of personal care services such as dressing & undressing; washing & bathing; shaving & grooming; incontinence care; eating & drinking; monitoring of nutrition & weight; support with prescribed medications; security & safety at home & hair & make-up.

Delivering person-centred care is what we do best, focusing on the preferences and goals of the individual, therefore enabling them to live a fulfilling life. Whether a person has complex healthcare, social or behavioural needs, we are able to tailor a care plan to their requirements. The care plan is constantly monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes. Using the PASSystem, we create a digital profile of each client to share with them and their loved ones for full transparency of care notes.

Our successful handling of the COVID-19 pandemic has been recognised by the CQC. Our interim report acknowledged how hard the team has worked to source adequate PPE and continue delivering the highest standards of care.
