All clients of Newcross Healthcare Gloucestershire, Worcestershire & Wiltshire have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the clients' wishes. The care plan is constantly monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes. Using the PASSystem, we create a digital profile of each client to share with them and their loved ones for full transparency of care notes.
