All members of the Patience Care Solutions team are trained to be able to support with a huge range of personal care services such as: dressing & undressing; washing & bathing; shaving & grooming; incontinence care; eating & drinking; monitoring of nutrition & weight; support with prescribed medications; security & safety at home & hair & make-up.

At Patience Care Solutions, we have a vigorous recruitment process to ensure that every single member of our team is able to deliver person-centred, exceptional care to our clients. All team members are required to complete a DBS check and provide references prior to working for us.

Before becoming a client of Patience Care Solutions, our Management Team will have met the prospective client and conducted a Care Needs Assessment. This initial assessment allows the Care Manager to put a full Care Plan in place.
