Peace of Mind Home Support Limited in Clacton-on-Sea supports people living across the coast of north-east Essex to live comfortably in their own home. We work with individuals and their families to try and remove any barriers that may prevent people from living safely and comfortably within their own home.

Our trained Carer's can support you with any aspect of your day-to-day life that you're struggling with. For example, if there's any places you would like to visit in & around Clacton-on-Sea then our carers can assist you with this. For many of our clients, maintaining links with the local community and getting out & about is extremely important. The support we provided is not just limited to the four walls of your house!

To better understand the care we provide to people living at home in north-east Essex, it can be useful to describe a typical day, broken down into breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedtime!

In the morning we can assist people with getting up, dressing and personal grooming. Followed by preparing breakfast, prompting with medication and ensuring multiple cups of tea are consumed! We can then pop back at lunch and dinner time to take care of any personal care needs ahead of getting the lunch/dinner ready. Then back again at bedtime to assist with the night-time routine.

Our care is not limited to this, we also support individuals with getting out and about in Clacton-on-Sea, household chores, attending healthcare appointments and so on.
