Routes Healthcare have been providing person-centred home care across the North of England for the past 11 years. Round the clock care is provided by our team of dedicated Care Givers, overseen by our experienced Care Manager.

Routes Healthcare Liverpool support people with their care needs in their own home, supporting both private paying clients and local authority funded. Our experienced care team are able to care for a range of care needs, including palliative care, complex childcare, spinal injuries, brain injuries, supported living and degenerative conditions.

Routes Healthcare only employs people who show a genuine passion for care and undergo a rigorous training programme before commencing their employment. As part of their training, Carers learn about moving and handling, first aid, safeguarding and administering medication.

Good nutrition and hydration are an important part of staying well as we age. Routes Healthcare Liverpool is able to support people with a range of dietary requirements, including specialist diets.

All the service users at Routes Healthcare Liverpool have their own unique, personalised care plan. A care plan takes into account not only care needs but the service users wishes. The care plan is continually monitored and updated to account for any changes to care needs or personal wishes.
