TLC Care Services

TLC provides home care support for people living across Greater London, round the clock care can also be provided by our 'live-in' Carers. Further to this our team are able to support people with dementia and those who just need temporary care whilst convalescing.

Our mission at TLC Care Services is to deliver quality care and support that is catered to the individual needs of our service users. We aim to ensure that the care we provide, meets all regulatory requirements and maintains the continuity of care. The interests of the service users are paramount and we endeavor to ensure that each person will be treated as an individual to meets their needs.

At the centre of our company is the client's care-needs - we aim to enable clients to lead happy and fulfilled days whilst having their care needs taken care of. Our Carers undergo an intensive induction programme and we actively seek continual feedback from our clients about our care staff.

TLC is able to work in collaboration with community palliative care teams, GPs and District Nurses to ensure that clients care needs can be met within their own homes. Although it's not something any of us like talking about, our Carers are experienced in providing palliative care. We pride ourselves on putting the needs of the client first and do whatever we can to ensure they can stay at home and not face the upheaval of moving into residential or nursing care.
